I have known Sam and his company about four years. I was introduced to CCM through a company I do contract work for. Since that time, I have come to respect and depend on the skills of the office staff as well as the service technicians. Eric Fleming along with David Brooks and Ken McCollor have gone beyond any company I have ever dealt with.

I have asked for a job to be done with little lead time many times and they always come through. From the ladies in the office to Sam, I get the service, answers, and help my crew and I need. In the last couple of years CCM has handled most of our HVAC concerns as well as all of our building yearly services. My job would be harder to do if I did not have CCM as a resource of knowledge and willingness to do a job right the first time.
